Stronger on the Wall. Better Beyond It.
Climb. Learn. Inspire. Master. Believe.

Our coaching ethos is to develop climbers to be the best versions of themselves, both on and off the wall.
I started coaching climbing over a decade ago, wanting to be surrounded by the climbing environment that I love, and to share the endless benefits of the sport with others. I continue to coach passionately for a number of reasons, but mostly because I realises the importance of human interaction and enjoy working with people, getting to know them and helping to enrich lives through the sport and community.
I enjoy getting to know the unique minds and human biomechanics of an individual, finding ways to support climbers and athletes to be their best self, both on and off the wall. All while having fun on a journey with many opportunities to grow and positively impact our physical, mental health, wellbeing and self-confidence. With carefully considered and curated coaching environments to help you realise your potential and achieve your goals, new experiences and adventures.

Our Coaching Philosophy and Ethos:
Our coaching ethos ensures physical and mental wellbeing is above all else, Danielle and Danny create safe environments to allow climbers to grow and thrive while learning, mastering, developing and inspiring along the way. Our aim is to empower climbers to think, move and believe for themselves.
Our goal? To coach ourselves out of a job by helping you find confidence, resilience and fulfilment from more than just the sport.
We follow a holistic approach and experiential learning comes at the heart of that. We use facilitation to target areas of improvement, with a focus on finding enjoyment in your learning journey.
Coaching to us is not just handing over a generic physical training plan, it’s personalised to what’s right for you, your life and your goals. Coaching climbing and high performance comes in many forms such as, refining movement skills, improving sport specific techniques and tactics. Safety technical skills, psychological preparation and management such as overcoming fears and anxieties, learning and growing from experiences, obstacles and building resilience to name a few.
As coaches we encourage healthy, safe and happy lifestyles, taking safeguarding and inclusion seriously, encouraging UK Anti-Doping ‘100% me’ values and utilising a support network of professionals expertise in areas such as; nutrition, physiotherapy and mental health.
