Personal:
I’ve always enjoyed being active and competitive and have been participating and competing since a young age in a variety of sports such as gymnastics, judo and cross country as well as non competitively in lots of other sports such as aerial silk, skateboarding and latin dance.
I enjoy all disciplines of climbing, but if I had to choose one I do truly love a big multi-pitch adventure. My fondest climbing adventures have been in the Verdon Gorge, Hvar, los Mallos de Riglos, and on the North Wales slate. I am continuously reading, researching and practicing to improve my understanding of all things climbing and coaching for my own personal climbing journey as well as to help others improve, learn and enrich their lives through my coaching journey.
